Recipe from “To Have And Have Another” by: Philip Greene

Components

1 oz. Myers’s Dark Rum
1 oz. Courvoisier Cognac
Splash of Lemon Juice
1 oz. Brown Sugar Simple Syrup & Cloves
Topped with Hot Water

2 oz. Papa’s Pillar Blonde Rum
1/2 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

Directions

  1. Add Rum, Cognac, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and top with Hot Water
  2. Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve
