Yoga & Meditation
Ceci’s personal yoga journey began in 1969, while attending college. She decided to pursue an instructor certification after her retirement in 2005 and then began teaching at the local YMCA. Doors continue to open for her to teach at other fitness centers and yoga studios. Currently, she is teaching private sessions. Ceci feels that yoga has enriched her life. It is the foundation from which she draws on a daily basis, nourishing the body, mind and spirit. She feels blessed to share the gift of yoga with others. Close your eyes, inhale slowly, deeply. Exhale. This is yoga. Pure and Simple.
This class will be lakeside, weather dependent. Or inside, should the weather not permit lakeside yoga. Attendees are required to bring their own yoga mats.
