This May, join us for our first-ever Walloon Wine Weekend hosted in partnership with sommelier Sarah Looper and Sweetwater Floral. Guests will enjoy everything from an aroma pairing lesson to a floral workshop. Package rate is $480 per person, plus the current available room rate.

- 9:30 AM – Vino Vocab, Acid and Tannin
- 10:30 AM – Sensory Analysis: Floral Aromas in Wine (partnered with Sweetwater)
- 11:30 AM – Michigan Wines: the New Guard & Finding Distinction in an Emerging Wine Region
- Break for Lunch on Own
- 3:30 PM – How to Evaluate and Assess Wine & General Wine Etiquette
- 5 PM: Farewell Cocktail Hour (hors d’oeuvres and wine included) in the Village Green Park
